We want you to be confident in your purchase. Here’s how returns and refunds work.
Return Window & Fees

To qualify for a return in either window, the item must be:
- New and unused, in resellable condition
- In its original packaging with all accessories and documents included
Restocking fee: A 10–15% restocking fee applies to returns made for personal reasons (i.e., not due to a defect or shipping error).
When We Cover Return Shipping
Regardless of the return window, BlitzNXT covers return shipping if:
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The product has a defect
- The item doesn’t match its description
- You received the wrong item
- You received an extra, unordered item
For all other reasons, the buyer covers return shipping.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at sales@blitznxt.com or +1 (346) 402-8706 to request a return label. Self-arranged returns without prior contact are not accepted, and items sent back without an approved return request may be refused.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds or account credits are issued within 1–2 business days.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it. If it has already shipped, please contact the carrier directly to refuse delivery.
Defective or Malfunctioning Products
If your product develops a defect after the standard return window, it may still be covered under our Warranty Policy. Repair, replacement, and refund terms for warranty claims are outlined there.
Buyer Responsibilities
To keep your item eligible for return or warranty coverage, please avoid:
- Using incompatible chargers or exceeding the product’s rated voltage/current
- Connecting batteries in series or parallel unless the manual specifically allows it
- Exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or physical impact
- Disassembling, modifying, or attempting unauthorized repairs
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, tampering, or improper installation
- Loss or theft after delivery (please file a claim with the carrier)
- Consumable parts
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, and similar)
Missing Accessories
If accessories are missing from a returned item, a $5–$20 deduction per item may apply, based on our team’s assessment.
Safety Notice
BlitzNXT batteries are not designed or authorized for use as a backup or primary power source for life-support systems or medical devices, or in any application where failure could result in injury, loss of life, or significant property damage. Use in these applications is at the buyer’s own risk, and BlitzNXT reserves the right to decline service for products used this way.
