Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within the Continental United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
- We also ship to Canada.
- We DO NOT ship to Puerto Rico or other US territories at this time.
- All orders are shipped from our US warehouse, located in Humble, TX.
Shipping Fees
- Continental United States (48 contiguous states + DC): FREE shipping.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and select remote continental states (Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota): Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
- Canada: Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
Delivery Time
- Continental US free-shipping zone: estimated 5–7 business days after processing.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and remote-zone states (AZ, ID, KS, MT, NV, NM, ND, SD): estimated 8–12 business days after processing.
- Canada: estimated 8–12 business days after processing.
Delays
Shipping may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or transportation strikes. During the busy holiday season, processing times may take longer than usual. If there are any delays, we will notify you in advance.

We primarily use trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and Amazon Logistics to deliver your orders.
