BlitzNXT stands behind the quality of every battery we sell. This Limited Warranty is valid for 10 years from the original date of purchase, and covers defects in materials, workmanship, and performance under normal use during that period.
If a BlitzNXT product fails to meet our quality standards — as confirmed by our technical support team — we will repair it, replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater rated power, or, where repair and replacement aren’t possible, issue a refund. Refund and replacement terms follow the same schedule outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
The warranty is voided if the product has been disassembled, modified, or improperly installed. For installation guidance, refer to the product manual or contact our support team before use.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional failure under normal, documented use
- Coverage applies for the full 10-year term from the original purchase date, subject to the Buyer Responsibilities below
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (case scratches, gradual capacity fade)
- Damage from misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repair
- Damage from liquid exposure, reversed polarity, or physical impact
- Damage from improper storage, transport, or installation
- Consumable parts
- Force majeure events (fire, flood, war, and similar)
- Loss or theft
Buyer Responsibilities
To keep your warranty valid for the full 10-year term, please:
- Use only compatible chargers and stay within the product’s rated voltage/current
- Avoid connecting batteries in series or parallel unless the product manual specifically allows it
- Keep the product away from extreme temperatures, moisture, and physical shock
- Do not open, disassemble, or modify the battery
- Follow the installation and maintenance instructions in the product manual

Important Safety Notice
BlitzNXT batteries are not designed or authorized for use as a backup or primary power source for life-support systems or other medical devices, or in any application where failure could result in injury, loss of life, or significant property damage. Using a BlitzNXT product in these applications is done entirely at the buyer’s own risk. BlitzNXT disclaims liability for such use and reserves the right to decline service for products used in this way.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To avoid delays, please include:
- A description of the issue, including when it occurred and what you were doing at the time
- Your order number and the product’s serial number
- Any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried
