Safety & Maintenance
Safety first: Prohibit water immersion, short-circuiting, or fire exposure. Maintain at 40-60% SOC in a ventilated, dry space (10-30°C); recharge 5-6 hours at 50A every 3 months. Initial full charge required. Pack securely for air, sea, rail, or road transport.
BMS Protection Features
- Overcharge Protection: Activates at 3.65V/cell (57.6V overall), recovers at 3.35V/cell (53V overall).
- Overdischarge Protection: Activates at 2.5V/cell (40V overall), recovers at 3.0V/cell.
- Overcurrent Protection: Charging cap 250A (2s delay), Discharge cap 400A (30s delay).
- Temperature Protection: Charging high: 55°C, low: 0°C; Discharge high: 60°C, low: -20°C.
- Capacity Alarm: Warns at 5% SOC, restores at 10%.
