Safety & Maintenance
Safety guidelines: Avoid water immersion, short-circuiting, or fire exposure. Store at 40-60% SOC in a dry, ventilated area (10-30°C); recharge every 3 months for 2-3 hours at 20A. Fully charge before first use. Transport securely via car, train, ship, or air.
BMS Protection Features
- Overcharge Protection: Triggers at 3.65V/cell (43.8V overall), recovers at 3.35V/cell (40.2V overall).
- Overdischarge Protection: Triggers at 2.5V/cell (30V overall), recovers at 3.0V/cell.
- Overcurrent Protection: Charging limit 120A (2s delay), Discharge limit 350A (10s delay).
- Temperature Protection: Charging high: 55°C, low: -2°C; Discharge high: 60°C, low: -20°C.
- Capacity Alarm: Alerts at 5% SOC, recovers at 10%.
