Safety & Maintenance
Key safety notes: Avoid water immersion, heat sources, short-circuiting, or disassembly. Store at 40-60% SOC in a dry, ventilated area (10-30°C); recharge 2-3 hours at 20A every 3 months. Fully charge before initial use. Package securely for transport by car, train, ship, or air to prevent vibration or exposure.
BMS Protection Features
- Overcharge Protection: Triggers at 3.65V/cell (58.4V overall), recovers at 3.35V/cell (53V overall), 1s delay.
- Overdischarge Protection: Triggers at 2.5V/cell (40V overall), recovers at 3.0V/cell, 1s delay.
- Overcurrent Protection: Charging limit 160A (2s delay), Discharge limit 350A (10s delay, 30s release).
- Temperature Protection: Charging high: 55°C (5s delay), low: 0°C, recovery 50°C/3°C; Discharge high: 60°C (5s delay), low: -20°C, recovery 55°C/-15°C.
- Capacity Alarm: Alerts at 5% SOC, recovers at 10%.
