Safety & Maintenance
Safety is critical: Avoid immersion in water, short-circuiting, or exposure to fire. Store at 50% SOC in a dry, ventilated place (10-30°C); recharge every 3 months for 5-6h at 100A. Fully charge before first use. Transport by car, train, ship, or air with proper packaging.
BMS Protection Features
- Overcharge Protection: Triggers at 3.65V/cell (54V overall), recovers at 3.35V/cell (50V overall).
- Overdischarge Protection: Triggers at 2.5V/cell (37.5V overall), recovers at 3V/cell (charge recovery).
- Overcurrent Protection: Charging limit 300A (2s delay), Discharge limit 600A (30s delay).
- Temperature Protection: Charging high: 55°C (recover 50°C), low: 0°C (recover 3°C); Discharge high: 60°C (recover 55°C), low: -20°C (recover -15°C).
- Capacity Alarm: Alerts at 5% SOC, recovers at 10%.
