Safety is paramount: Avoid immersion in water, short-circuiting, or exposure to extreme heat. Store at 40-60% SOC in a cool, dry place (10-30°C). For long-term storage, recharge every 3 months. Fully charge before first use. Compliant with transportation standards for air, sea, and land shipping.
BMS Protection Features
- Overcharge Protection: Triggers at 3.65V/cell (28.8V overall), recovers at 3.35V/cell (27V overall).
- Overdischarge Protection: Triggers at 2.5V/cell (20V overall), recovers at 3.0V/cell.
- Overcurrent Protection: Charging limit 180A (2s delay), Discharge limit 200A (30s delay).
- Temperature Protection: Charging high: 55°C, low: 0°C; Discharge high: 60°C, low: -20°C.
- Capacity Alarm: Alerts at 5% SOC, recovers at 10%.
