Refund and Returns Policy

BlitzNXT Returns & Exchanges

  • Within 7 days of delivery: Free returns/exchanges. We cover shipping. (Condition: New, resellable, in original packaging with all materials/accessories.)
  • Days 8–30: Returns/exchanges accepted. (Condition: New, resellable, in original packaging with all materials/accessories.)

We cover return shipping if:

  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Product defect
  • Item doesn’t match description
  • Wrong item received
  • Extra/unordered item received

Customer pays return shipping for other reasons.

Processing: Refunds or account credits issued 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Important Warranty Notice

  • Modifying the product (including disassembly) voids the warranty.
  • Returns for modified products will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Warranty Claim Process

Limited Warranty Policy

To demonstrate our confidence in the quality of our products, we provide the following warranty on all products sold by BlitzNXT, effective from the date of purchase. In case of product failure, if any BlitzNXT product fails to meet quality standards (as determined by our technical support team), we will either repair the defective product or replace it with a new/refurbished product compatible with the original, having the same or higher power rating. In special cases where repair or replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund. This warranty is subject to the terms below and is accompanied by a Warranty Replacement Ratio Correspondence Table detailing replacement costs.

1. Warranty Content

1.1 Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing it. If it’s already dispatched or picked up and cannot be canceled, contact the carrier to refuse delivery.

4. Additional Notes

  • Missing accessories: $5–20 deduction per item (evaluated by support).
  • International returns: Buyer covers extra shipping costs for remote/island addresses.
  • Lost/stolen packages: File a claim with the carrier; for further assistance, contact customer service.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

5.1 Usage Restrictions:

  • No incompatible chargers or overvoltage use.
  • No using non‑starter batteries for engine ignition.
  • No series/parallel connections unless specified.

5.2 Operational Rules:

  • Avoid liquid exposure, reverse polarity, extreme temperatures or humidity.
  • Prevent physical damage (impact, puncture, etc.).
  • No disassembly, modification, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Protect against corrosion or misuse.

6. Warranty Exclusions

6.1 Not covered:

  1. Normal wear (case scratches, capacity degradation).
  2. Force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.).
  3. Human damage (tampering, water exposure, misuse).
  4. Third-party issues (theft, unauthorized purchases).
  5. System errors (poor ventilation, electrical stress).
  6. Poor maintenance (loose terminals, missing pads).
  7. Violating usage restrictions.

6.2 Additional exclusions:

  • Consumable parts.
  • Damage from improper storage, transport, or installation.
  • Failure to follow manuals.

7. After-Service Policy

  • Refunds/replacements require returned items.
  • Warranty period continues from original purchase.

Battery Warranty Details: Only functional failures are covered (excludes capacity fade or cosmetic issues).

8. Warranty Validation

Claims denied if:

  1. Outside warranty period
  2. Normal wear
  3. Tampering damage
  4. Non-manufacturer defects
  5. Improper use/maintenance

9. Special Statement

The use of batteries as a backup/primary power source for life support systems or other medical equipment is prohibited without the manufacturer’s participation in system design and express written authorization. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the manufacturer disclaims any liability arising from such use. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse service for batteries used in these scenarios and shall not be liable for such refusal. The invalidity of some provisions of this policy, if any, shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
