Safety & Maintenance
Prioritize safety: Do not immerse in water, short-circuit, or expose to fire. Store at 40-60% SOC in a dry, ventilated area (10-30°C); recharge every 3 months for 5-6 hours at 50A. Fully charge before initial use. Suitable for transport via air, sea, rail, or road with proper packaging.
BMS Protection Features
- Overcharge Protection: Triggers at 3.65V/cell (57.6V overall), recovers at 3.35V/cell (53V overall).
- Overdischarge Protection: Triggers at 2.5V/cell (40V overall), recovers at 3.0V/cell.
- Overcurrent Protection: Charging limit 250A (2s delay), Discharge limit 400A (30s delay).
- Temperature Protection: Charging high: 55°C, low: 0°C; Discharge high: 60°C, low: -20°C.
- Capacity Alarm: Alerts at 5% SOC, recovers at 10%.
